Wear-resistant steel plate
Wear-resistant plate, also known as bimetallic composite wear-resistant plate, is a type of plate product used in large area wear conditions. It is in the toughness and plasticity of good ordinary low carbon steel or low alloy steel surface surfacing a certain thickness of high hardness, good wear resistance of wear-resistant layer made of plate products.
- Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill barrel liner plate, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash pipe, bucket turbine liner plate, separator connecting pipe, coal hopper and crusher liner plate, burner burner, coal hopper and funnel liner plate, air preheater support shingle, separator guide blade. The above parts do not have high requirements on the hardness and wear-resisting strength of the wear-resisting steel plate, which can be made of NM360/NM400 thickness of 6-10mm.
- Coal yard: feed trough and funnel lining, hopper bushing, fan blade, pusher bottom plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guide lining plate, ball mill lining, drill stabilizer, spiral feeder bell and base, kneading machine bucket lining, ring feeder, dump truck bottom plate. The working environment of coal yard is harsh, which has certain requirements for corrosion resistance and wear strength of wear-resistant steel plate. The wear-resistant steel plate made of NM400/NM450 with thickness of 8-26mm is used.
- Cement factory: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and lining, recycling bucket lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipeline components, frit cooling disk lining, conveying groove lining board. These parts also need wear-resistant steel plates with better wear and corrosion resistance, which can be made of NM360/NM400 thickness of 8-30mm.
- Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper liner plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck dump plate, dump car body. This requires wear-resistant steel plates with high wear-resisting strength and hardness. It is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plates with NM500 thickness of 25-45MM.
- Mining machinery: ore, stone crusher lining plate, blade, conveyor lining plate, baffle. Such parts require high wear resistance and can be made of NM450/NM500 steel with a thickness of 10-30mm.
- Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing building, mixer lining plate, dust collector lining plate, brickmaking machine mold plate. NM360/NM400 10-30mm wear-resistant steel plate is used.
- Engineering machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This kind of machinery needs particularly tough and high wear-resistant steel plate, available material for NM500 thickness in 20-60mm high strength wear-resistant steel plate.
- Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner board, scraper machine liner board. Because this kind of machinery needs high temperature resistance, hardness strong wear-resistant steel plate.
- Wear-resistant steel plate can also be used in sand mill barrel, blade, all kinds of freight yard, dock machinery so parts, bearing structure parts, railway wheel structure parts, rolls, etc.
