(1) 20Mn2: Used to manufacture parts with small section (diameter no more than 50mm), which can replace 20Cr steel. Often used in the manufacture of carburized pinion, shaft; Piston pin, ten-seed pin head, diesel engine sleeve, valve ejector, etc.; It can also be used as tempering steel, for example in making cold heading bolts.

(2) 30Mn2: Used as an important fastener with small section (after tempering treatment), usually used in the manufacture of automobile, tractor and general machinery frame longers, transmission gears, shafts, cold heading bolts and large section tempering parts; In mining machinery manufacturing, it can be used to manufacture carburized parts requiring higher core strength, such as the rear shaft and journal of the crane.

(3) 35Mn2: Used as connecting rod, mandrel, crankshaft, half-shaft, joystick, fan accessories, cold heading bolts with diameter less than 15mm and other mechanical parts under high stress. In the manufacture of small section (diameter less than 20mm) parts, can replace 40Cr steel.

(4) 40Mn2: Used for manufacturing parts working under midday load conditions, such as shaft, half shaft, crankshaft, piston rod, worm, joystick, lever, connecting rod. Loaded bolts, screws, reinforcement rings, springs, etc., and other parts that need tempering. In the manufacture of small section (diameter less than 40mm) parts, and 40Cr steel similar.

(5) 45Mn2: Used to manufacture parts working under higher stress and wear conditions. The performance is comparable to 40Cr steel when the diameter is less than 60mm. Used as universal joint shafts, axles, shafts, connecting rod covers, friction disks, worm, gears, gear oils, trolley and steam engine axles, trunk axles, heavy load frames, and bolts and nuts in cold-drawn conditions for automobiles, tractors and general machinery.

(6) 50Mn2: Used to manufacture large parts under high stress and strong wear conditions, such as universal joint shaft, gear, crankshaft, connecting rod, all kinds of small shaft, etc.; Spindle, shaft and large gear working in rolling bearings on heavy machinery; The transmission spline shaft and the mandrel bearing impact load on the automobile can also be used to manufacture plate spring and coil spring.

(7) 20MnV: used for manufacturing boilers, high-pressure vessels, large high-pressure pipelines, etc.; Can also be used for stamping steel, such as bicycle chain, piston pin, gear, etc. Can also be used to manufacture the diameter of not more than 20mm mining chain break.

(8) 30Mn2MoW: Used for manufacturing parts with large loads, such as connecting rod bolts, crankshaft, tie rod, gear, etc.; Can replace 30CrNi3 manufacturing section diameter less than 80mm important conditioning parts; When the surface quenching process is used, a larger section of the parts can be made.
